Share of households with income of over $25,000 to grow in Azerbaijan by 2027

June 25, Fineko/abc.az. Households with income of more than $25,000 in Azerbaijan will increased by 24.4% until 2027, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Fitch Solutions’ forecast.

The report clarifies that after the increase, household income will reach $695,269.

The agency considers that by 2027 in Azerbaijan, the share of households with income of over $25,000 will reach 31.7% in the total portfolio.

By this indicator, Fitch Solutions included Azerbaijan among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, where the largest growth of households with incomes above $25,000 is expected. Azerbaijan with such a growth forecast took the 5th place in the list after Poland, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and Portugal.
