June 14, Fineko/abc.az. Samsung intends to switch to flexible regime of work in South Korea in order to retain young talents in the company.

Samsung has announced that it will allow its employees in S Korea to rest on one of the Fridays of each month if they work more than 40 hours a week, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign press.

A company representative said that from next week, full-time employees who do not work at the plant will be able to rest while receiving a salary.

Samsung's move follows the move by local competitor SK Hynix to similar flexible working practice last year.
