May 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerboru OJSC has millions of tax liabilities to the state.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerboru does not pay a tax debt in the amount of AZN 5.877 million to the Main Local Revenue Department of the State Tax Service.

The total value of the property on the balance sheet is estimated at AZN 9.3 million. Company’s legal representative is Aliaga Heydarov. He was registered as the legal representative on 27 February 2023.

For many years, this plant has been operating at a loss and has owed huge sums to banks.

Azerboru is located on an area of about 168 hectares at the entrance to the city of Sumgait. This plant, commissioned in 1949 and once employed 12,500 people, was one of the two largest pipe production plants in the field of metallurgy in the post-Soviet space.
