April 13, Fineko/abc.az. Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution from 29 March established an age limit for cars imported in Azerbaijan.

Under the decision, now only those cars whose production period does not exceed 10 years can be imported into the country.
According to Cabinet’s resolution, this decision will come into force in 30 days, that is, from 29 April.
And before that date, cars produced after 2006 can be imported into the country and be registered.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Customs Committee that there will be no problems with registration of cars purchased abroad and imported into the country until 29 April.
After the aforementioned resolution, the Cabinet and the SCC announced that cars bought until 29 March will be registered if they are imported into the country.
From these statements, it was clear that cars older than 10 years, purchased after 29 March, will not be allowed into the country.
