April 3, Fineko/abc.az. The new chairman of the ABA Human Resource Management Expert Group has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that at the meeting of the Presidium of the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA), held on 30 March 2023, the candidacy of Aygun Musayeva, the director of the Efficiency Management Department of Bank of Baku OJSC, was approved for the position of chairman of the Expert Group on Human Resource Management.

Musayeva graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with  bachelor's degree, Caucasian University with master's degree, graduated from the Faculty of MBA of Bosphorus University.

She started her career in 2013 at Bank of Baku, continued career at Kapital Bank in 2015 and has been appointed the director of the Efficiency Management Department of this bank since 2023. Musayeva has CIPD Level 5 Diploma in people management certificate.

The ABA has 14 expert groups covering various areas of the banking and financial sector.
