ABC.AZ reports that Fadia Saadah, WB director for human development in Europe and Central Asia, stated about this.

She noted that the main purpose of her visit is this.

"At that, our team is on a visit to Azerbaijan, they constantly give feedback in the field of improving human capital in Azerbaijan. The responsive nature of our support will depend on the will of the government, and this report that we’ve prepared is the first positive step towards good assessment of the situation."
