It is necessary to distinguish between credit obligations of persons with disabilities or those with disabilities of groups 1 and 2 in the family who need certain social security or assistance. They should be given loans at lower interest rates, ABC.AZ reports, quoting MP Azai Guliyev.
The MP underlined the importance of applying a different and more lenient regime in relation to the payment of interests on loans taken by this category of persons.
Guliyev said that sometimes even in paying off debts to banks, disabled people are not provided with benefits. On the contrary, a citizen was required to pay an amount exceeding his debt by 3 times.
The MP believes that this matter should be resolved at the state level and a special project should be prepared in this regard.
