January 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Supervisory Board of the only regional bank of Azerbaijan, Nakhchivanbank OJSC, has been reorganized, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the bank.
Asadulla Iskenderov, who has been chairman of the Supervisory Board until now, has been relieved of his post, and Binnat Novruzov has been appointed in his place.
The former chairman will now act as a member of the Supervisory Board, and Rufat Mammadov will be represented in the Supervisory Board together with him.
In addition, Bahar Talibova and Rifat Makhmutov were excluded from the members of the Supervisory Board.
Nakhchivanbank was established in 2008 and is the only regional bank in the country. Its authorized capital is AZN 82.4 million.
