January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s State Budget 2023 envisages AZN 1.24 bn ($729.8 million) for financing within article "economic activity" (3.7% of all budget expenditures).
ABC.AZ reports that AZN 56 million will be allocated to expand the possibilities of using the existing tourism potential of country's tourism infrastructure, stimulating tourism activities in districts.
Besides, AZN 24 million will be financed for purchase of licensed software for governmental agencies, creation of a "government cloud" (G-cloud) and covering the costs of related services for institutions connected to this system.
Allocation of AZN 10.3 million is planned for the Business Services Center (One-Stop Shop Business Centre) in the Alat FEZ, AZN 13.4 million for stimulating non–oil exports, AZN 6 million for maintenance of Azerbaijan's trade missions abroad, AZN 52.5 million for production of new–style identity cards, biometric passports, to finance economic support measures – AZN 100 million, the rest for other purposes.
