December 22, Fineko/abc.az. One of the powers of the Ministry of Finance has been abolished.
ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the decree on the amendments to the October 16, 2019 Decree #842 "On measures to improve the activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
With the change, the Ministry will not receive, in accordance with the established procedure, monthly reports on the use of these funds from budget organizations and organizations receiving grants, subsidies, subventions and other financial assistance from the State Budget to carry out their duties.
Previously, the Ministry had the right to receive monthly, quarterly and, with an increase since the beginning of the year, final reports on the functional, economic and administrative classification on the use of these funds from budget organizations and organizations receiving grants, subsidies, subventions and other financial assistance from the State Budget to carry out their duties.
