December 16, Fineko/abc.az. The discount rate has been increased by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the discount rate was increased by 0.25% and brought to 8.25%.

The lower threshold of the interest rate corridor was increased from 5% to 6.25%, the upper one was kept at 9.25%.

This decision comes into force on 16 December.
