JPMorgan recognized as most systemic bank in world

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Financial Stability Board (FSB) has published an annual list of banks that play the most important role in the proper functioning of the global financial market.

ABC.AZ reports that the composition of the list remained unchanged compared with last year.

The list consists of 30 banks, including Bank of America, Citigroup, HSBC, Bank of China, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank. JPMorgan is once again recognized as the most important system bank in the world.

Created by the G20 summit after the global financial crisis, FSB has been publishing the annual list of banks of systemic importance for the global financial system since 2011.

Among the parameters by which the FSB evaluates banks, there are: the need for capital, the ability to absorb total losses (total loss-absorbing capacity, tlac), the ability to repay debt, etc.
