October 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Nissan Executive Committee has approved the sale of its Russian assets to Nissan Manufacturing Rus to the Russian Federation in the person of FSUE NAMI, subordinate to the Ministry of Industry & Trade of Russia, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Ministry’s press service.

"The deal envisages transfer of 100% of Nissan's assets in Russia (under the management of legal entity Nissan Manufacturing Rus). This includes Nissan's production and research facilities in St. Petersburg, as well as a sales & marketing center in Moscow," the press service informs.

The deal includes an option to repurchase of its stake by Nissan Manufacturing Rus, which can be realized over the next 6 years.
