October 4, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization Nas Project OJSC plans to increase its authorized capital by AZN 1 million, or 4.3-fold, to AZN 1.3 million.

ABC.AZ reports that 10,000 new shares with nominal value of 100 manats each will be issued for this purpose.

The securities will be acquired by the sole shareholder of the NBCO - Mohammed Guliyev.

The Nas Project was created in 2020.
