Terter café owner arrested for violating the quarantine rules

July 27, Fineko/abc.az. Non-compliance with the rules of the special quarantine regime has been revealed in café Qrand in Terter district of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that the café owner R. Suleymanov was arrested administratively. Protocols were drawn up against four clients and fines were issued.
