October 15, Fineko/abc.az. According to Ministry of Energy’s operational data for Jan-Sept 2026, Azerbaijan produced 19.9 million tons of oil (together with condensate).

In particular, 11.8 million tons of production accounted for Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field, 2.6 million tons for Shah Deniz, 400,000 tons for Absheron. Oil production by the State Oil Company (SOCAR) totaled 5.1 million tons.

Over Jan-Sept 2026, 15.5 million tons of oil were exported abroad. Of them, 14.2 million tons accounted for the consortia, 800,000 tons for SOCAR, and 500,000 tons for JOCAP.

For the past 9 months, the average daily oil production reached 547,000 barrels (446,000 barrels of crude oil, 101,000 barrels of condensate), and domestic oil refining amounted to 4.5 million tons.
