November 15, Fineko/abc.az. Some of the powers of the State Agency for Public Services & Social Innovations under the President (ASAN Xidmət) have been abolished.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a relevant decree.

The powers of state bodies to issue certificates to teachers who passed certification have been canceled in ASAN Xidmət centers.
