March 29, Fineko/abc.az. Russian president’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov has commented on the provocative speech of Mikhail Delyagin, deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, in connection with Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that he answered a question in this regard at a press conference.

"This is rather a statement that lies in the plane of personal emotions that are beating over the edge. We would urge to control these emotions and refrain from such statements, especially in relation to our partners," Peskob added.
