ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Russian media that the relevant information was announced by Chechnya’s head Ramzan Kadyrov.

According to the Chechen leader, he decided to lift the restrictions, since the frequency of coronavirus infection in the Chechen Republic is approaching zero, and there are only a few patients in intensive care.
