February 23, Fineko/abc.az. President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi will pay a visit to Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this was informed by Egyptian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Adil Ibrahim.

According to the diplomat, earlier the trip was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The ambassador added that Egyptian FM Sameh Shoukry will arrive in Baku to prepare for the visit of Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. However, the diplomat did not announce the exact date of the Egyptian president's visit to Azerbaijan.
