February 11, Fineko/abc.az. "A draft of amendments to the Labor Code has been prepared in connection with the termination of the remaining employment contracts of citizens who have disappeared or left the country, and for other reasons.”

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by Fuad Heydarov, the head of the State Labor Inspectorate, at the Social Hour.

According to Heydarov, sometimes many employees for the above-said reasons cannot get a job in other places:

“When they come to us, we send them to court. With the proposed change, the State Labor Inspectorate will be authorized to cancel these contracts."
