ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by human resources & labor market specialist Ilham Hasanov, assessing the labor market in 2021.

He listed the most profitable and promising areas of work in the country during this period, and also spoke about the innovations that may occur in the relevant market in 2022.

"All this can lead to an increase in the welfare of employees. But in order for this to be effective for the company, it is necessary to go beyond the traditional Soviet management methods and switch to corporate and flexible management methods and infrastructure. I would like to hope that most companies in Azerbaijan are already working in this direction," Hasanov said.
