December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Academic Council of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) has made a decision to raise wages.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the decision the salary increase at the university made up 14%.

The salaries for the teaching staff were increased by 15.1% and for the administrative staff by 12%.

After the increase, the average monthly salary on UNEC amounted to 1,166 manats, including 1,331 manats for teaching staff, and 1,012 manats for administrative and educational support staff.
