February 9, Fineko/abc.az. According to preliminary data, in 2020 the average monthly nominal salary of employees in the country's economy increased by 11.4% (compared with the previous year) up to 707.3 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee, 19.6% of employees were employed in education, 18.5% in trade; car repair, 12.9% of employees are employed in industry, 8.3% in health and social services, 7.8% in construction, 6.6% in public administration and defense; social security, 4.5% in transport and warehousing, 3.6% in agriculture, forestry and fishing, 3.5% in professional, scientific and technical activities, 1.7% in financial and insurance activities and 13% in the economy.
