December 23, Fineko/abc.az. A meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economy, Industry & Entrepreneurship, dedicated to the budget envelope for 2021, has been held today.

ABC.AZ reports that Minister of Labor & Social Protection Sahil Babayev raised the issue of staff cuts during the pandemic.

He noted that despite the fact that 80% of state employees did not go to work because of the pandemic, their salaries were paid: "The number of legalized employment contracts increased by 12%."
