November 12, Fineko/abc.az. First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Mrs. Aliyeva congratulates the people on the 25th anniversary of the Constitution.

"Dear compatriots! I sincerely congratulate all of you on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and convey my best wishes to each of you!" the message reads.
