May 13, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Property Issues is holding an open tender procedure to determine the authorized capital of joint-stock companies established on the basis of state-owned enterprises, to involve consultants (appraisers) in the process of evaluating land plots that are state-owned, located in Baku, as well as located in various districts and cities of the country.

Tender participation cost: 500 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with a link to website etender.gov.az that applicants must submit documents for participation in the tender till 11 am on 5 June 2020, while the tender offer and bank guarantee in a sealed double envelope till 5 pm on 16 June 2020.

Unsealing of envelopes with bids will take place at 11 am on 17 June 2020.
