April 16, Fineko/abc.az. Patients in Azerbaijan will be injected with plasma from people who have recovered from coronavirus.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by TƏBIB’s chairman of the board Ramin Bayramli.

He noted that this will begin from next week: "The plasma of a recovered person contains antibodies to COVID-19. If these individuals do not have side diseases, their plasma can be injected to severe patients connected to artificial lung ventilator apparatus. We’re discussing this issue. Today, before coming here, we had a discussion with Deputy Health Minister Viktor Gasimov. After the decision is made, we can start next week. First, there is prepared the procedure for the invitation of recovered patients".
