June 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on Tuesday to raise the minimum wage in the country.

Under the order, starting from 1 September 2019 the minimum wage in Azerbaijan will amount to 250 manats.

Currently, the minimum wage in Azerbaijan is 180 manats. Thus, the minimum wage in the country has been increased by 70 manats.
