September 24, Fineko/abc.az. Volkswagen's subsidiary, MOIA America, has launched its first US passenger operations by rolling out autonomous robotaxis in Orlando's Lake Nona community in partnership with autonomous mobility operator Beep.

This initiative marks a key milestone for Volkswagen in testing and commercializing self-driving transport solutions in the North American market. Under the partnership, fully autonomous vehicles will provide local residents and visitors with safe and efficient point-to-point transit.

The collaboration between MOIA and Beep aims to serve as a testing ground for scaling automated micro-transit services to other regions across the United States.
