September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Commercial enterprises that are part of the Azerbaijan transport & communications AZCON Holding may be allowed to freely use their own financial resources outside of public procurement procedures.

Jafar Babayev, first deputy chairman of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision, said this during a meeting of the Milli Majlis Parliamentary Committee, when commenting on the draft amendments to the Law on Public Procurement.

The bill was put forward at the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan.
