September 3, Fineko/abc.az. Retail chain Tamstore has been fined 1,000 manats for publishing misleading information about discounts.

The State Agency for Antimonopoly Oversight and Control over the Consumer Market conducted an inspection of the company.

The agency found misleading and inaccurate information about price discounts in a promotional campaign posted on Tamstore.az's Instagram page.

The company was found to have violated Article 428.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Under a ruling by the Narimanov District Court, Tamstore LLC was fined 1,000 manats.
