August 27, 2026, Fineko/abc.az. Bloomberg HT has published the results of its inflation survey for August. Based on the median consensus among 18 participating institutions, monthly inflation in Türkiye is projected to reach 1.91% in August, bringing annual inflation to 31.86%.

Key survey highlights:

• Monthly Forecast: min 1.25%, max 2.10% (median: 1.91%);

• Year-End 2026 Expectation: median 29.5% (range: 28% to 31.5%);

• Year-End 2027 Expectation: median 23% (range: 20% to 25%).

In July, monthly inflation stood at 1.90%, while the annual rate was 31.60%. The official August inflation data will be released by TurkStat on September 3.
