August 8, Fineko/abc.az. Artem Novikov, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF), disclosed details regarding a joint project to establish a seamless mobile network operator between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

The project is being implemented by Beeline Kyrgyzstan and Beeline Russia with financial support from the RKDF. It aims to integrate mobile communications, digital services, and streamlined money transfer capabilities. The service will primarily cater to labor migrants working in the Russian Federation. Subscribers will not need to change SIM cards, retaining their existing phone numbers, rate plans, and digital wallets.

Future plans include expanding the project to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
