August 3, Fineko/abc.az. Aztelecom LLC, a subsidiary of AZCON Holding, continues to expand its telecommunications network in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur.

With addition of 3,367 new subscribers in the 1st half of 2026, the number of fixed telecommunication and high-speed internet subscribers connected by Aztelekom in Azerbaijan's liberated territories the total number of service users in the liberated territories reached 10,495 (9,951 households and 544 businesses) as part of the Great Return program.  

High-speed internet and telephony became available in 11 urban centers, as well as in 34 villages and towns in the region.
