July 20, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is planning to create flexible working hours models based on international experience.

This issue is reflected in Action Plan 2026-2030 on the Employment Strategy, approved by the Order of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the Plan, draft legal acts relating to the introduction of flexible working hours models should be prepared and submitted during this period.

The Ministry of Labor & Social Protection is responsible for implementing the program.
