July 6, Fineko/abc.az. The value of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia was $1.37 bn for Jan-May 2026 (36.7% less verss Jan-May 2025), according to the State Customs Committee.

Trade with Russia made up to 6.5% of overall turnover.

Over Jan-May 2026, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for $20.788 bn, including exports for $13.97 billion (a rise of 27%) and imports for $6.818 bn (a drop by 31.6%).
