Jaguar Land Rover recalls more than 250,000 SUVs in U.S.

June 25, Fineko/abc.az. British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover recalls 250,900 SUVs in the U.S. due to a defect in the airbag, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

The driver-side airbag spring connector may corrode, preventing the airbag from deploying properly and increasing the risk of injury in a collision, according to the regulator.

The recall applies to certain Land Rover Defender, Discovery, and Range Rover models.
