June 19, Fineko/abc.az. Turkey’s antitrust regulator has ordered Coca-Cola Sales and Distribution Inc. to dedicate 35% of its branded commercial refrigerator space in retail outlets to competing products.
According to ABC.AZ, the Turkish Competition Board's ruling dictates that this designated space must be physically separated and clearly labeled for third-party brands. Additionally, new restrictions have been imposed on the company's promotional discount practices. The regulatory measure aims to foster healthier competition in the non-alcoholic beverages market and enhance rival brands' access to retail points of sale.
