June 4, Fineko/abc.az. The value of jewelry exports in Azerbaijan observed growth by 47% in the 1st quarter of this year against the 2025 same term.

ABC.AZ reports that Tural Hajili, Deputy Executive Director of the Export & Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), said this at the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijan Jewelry Show in Baku.

According to Hajili, the jewelry industry is of great importance for the economy and exports of Azerbaijan: "Given that the jewelry business adds additional value to our production and exports, supporting this industry is extremely important to us. The 47% export growth over the past year is a very significant and in many ways critically important indicator for our economy."
