22 May, Fineko/abc.az. The net profit of "Finance for Development" NBCO LLC (FinDev) for 2025 increased by 26.3% year-on-year, reaching 866 thousand manats. In comparison, the organization had recorded a net profit of 685 thousand manats in 2024.

ABC.AZ reports that this profit dynamic was mainly supported by the growth in interest income and higher revenues resulting from the recovery of previously allocated provisions for the loan portfolio.

During the reporting period, the net interest income of "Finance for Development" LLC rose by 12.6% year-on-year to 3 million 390 thousand manats, while total administrative and operational expenses experienced a 2% annual increase, amounting to 2 million 251 thousand manats.

The organization's total assets grew by 8.9% annually, rising to 12.314 million manats at the end of 2025. The loan portfolio extended to customers, which holds the largest share in the asset structure, demonstrated a 7.0% year-on-year growth to reach 10.971 million manats, accounting for approximately 89% of total assets.

Consumer loans maintained their dominant position in the NBCO's loan portfolio, reaching 6 million 621 thousand manats with a 29.6% annual increase. While lending to the trade sector expanded by 18.5% to 880 thousand manats, a decline was observed in the agricultural and service sectors. The agricultural portfolio decreased by 32.6% to 661 thousand manats, and loans to the service sector dropped by 17% to 3 million 470 thousand manats.
