May 14, Fineko/abc.az. The first artificial intelligence specialists to be trained in Azerbaijan will not look for work, they will create jobs.

ABC.AZ informs that Hussam Amrouch, Head of the Department of AI Processor Design at the Technical University of Munich and Director of the Munich Center for Advanced AI Chips, said this in a comment for journalists.

According to Amrouch, within the cooperation with Azerbaijan, it is planned to create bachelor's degree programs in the country, and in the future, master's degree programs.

"We are proud of this partnership and look forward to contributing to establishment of high standards in education and transformation in the era of AI. Great opportunities are opening up for Azerbaijan in the field of AI, and country's potential for using them is high. Many countries today are striving to join the development of AI. We believe this is a great opportunity for Azerbaijan as well. This process starts with students, talent development, and a solid educational base. We are confident that Azerbaijan will be able to change the situation in the region," he said.
