May 5, Fineko/abc.az. There has been a change in the distribution of the shares of the founders of Alfa Kapital LLC, a non-bank credit organization.

ABC.AZ reports that this happened after NBCO's authorized capital increased by 20,000 manats, or 2%, from 1 million manats up to 1.02 million manats.

The additional amount was provided by Farid Kocharli, who owns a 51% stake in the NBCO. Eventually, his equity stake rose to 52%, while the stake of another founder, Shirin Javadov, fell from 47.5% to 46.5%.

The equity stake of the 3rd founder, Elchin Niftiev, remained unchanged (1.5%).
