April 30, Fineko/abc.az. To date, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund has provided state guarantees for 56.5 million manats for loans in the amount of 66.8 million manats received by entrepreneurs from banks for 52 projects.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Fund, subsidies in the amount of 17.3 million manats have been approved for these projects.

The mechanism of guarantees and subsidies applied by the Federal Reserve makes it easier for entrepreneurs to access financial resources and minimizes credit risks. According to this mechanism, state guarantees cover up to 90% of loans received from banks and non-bank credit organizations. At the same time, the government subsidizes 10 percentage points of the annual interest rate on loans for up to 36 months and applies an additional grace period on loans.
