April 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications has presented the March issue of the Export Review for 2026.
ABC.AZ reports that for Jan-Feb 2026, exports of Azerbaijan's non-oil sector increased by 19.7% compared with the 2025 same term up to $580.7 million.
Exports of food products grew by 30.5% up to $200.6 million. Over Jan-Feb 2026, sugar exports increased 4.3-fold versus Jan-Feb 2025, cotton yarn 2.6-fold, fats and oils of vegetable and animal origin 2.1-fold, aluminum and products made from it by 37.4%, cotton fiber by 33.3%, fruits and vegetables by 32.7%, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by 10.9%, tea by 5.1%.
Over Jan-Feb 2026, exports of agricultural products observed growth by 34.6% up to $160.9 million and exports of agro-industrial products - rise by 22% up to $52.5 million. As a whole, overall exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 31.2% up to $213.4 million.
Gold ($60.7 million) occupies the 1st place in the list of exported non-oil goods, hazelnuts ($57.4 million) - 2nd place, and copper ores ($44.6 million) - 3rd place.
