March 31, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2026, the turnover of public catering in real terms increased by 3.6% compared with Jan-Feb 2025 up to 410.6 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 49.7% of the turnover of public catering in the private sector accounted for legal entities and 50.3% for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities in this sphere.

The turnover of legal entities grew by 2.6% versus the 2025 same term up to 202.1 million manats.
