February 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan imported 569,800 liters (56,900 decaliters) of beer for $332,800 from Iran in 2025.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Statistics Committee, that beer imports from Iran in value terms are $25,000 or 7.1% less and in quantitative terms by 96,000 liters or 14.4% less against 2024.

In 2024, our country imported 665,800 liters of beer for $358,300 from Iran.

By the end of 2025, the average import price of 1 liter of beer imported from Iran was $0.58 (about 99 gapiks). And in the same period of 2024, this figure was $0.54 (nearly 92 gapiks). This means an increase of $0.04 (7 gapiks) or 7.4% year-on-year.

In 2025, Iran made up 17.3% of Azerbaijan’s overall beer imports (2024 - 21.1%).
