November 7, Fineko/abc.az. "Universitas International", an international Professional and Organizational Development Company, will hold its second session in a series of free trainings in Baku On November 16, 2018.

The training will be delivered by an international expert from Canada who has more than 20 years of experience in general and executive management in more than 30 countries around the world.

The training session on November 16 will focus on effective planning and decision-making within the context of organizations, programs, and projects. The session will help improve the participants' planning and management skills so that they better contribute to the effective performance of their organizations. “Being productive is not about working harder; it’s about planning effectively and executing the work efficiently and effectively” says Walid Madhoun, the international expert delivering the training. The training series is taking place in November and December, 2018. Each session will focus on a different topic. Last week the successful session focused on the use of effective communication tools. Future topics will include: Results Based Management; Analysis of Business Information; Human Resources Management, among other important professional subjects.
