January 26, Fineko/abc.az. From January to November 2025, Azerbaijan delivered 93,881 tons of apples for $65.9 million abroad (24% more in value and 11% more in quantity versus Jan-Nov 2024), ABC.AZ informs.
In particular, Azerbaijn exported 77,165 tons of apples (+6%) for $52.8 million to Russia (14% more than a year earlier), to Turkey – 4,122 tons for $4.1 million (no deliveries in 2024), 3,335 tons (-9%) for $2.9 million (+21%) to the UAE, 4,365 tons (14%) for $1.8 million (+14%) to Kazakhstan, and 1,487 tons (-25%) for $1.7 million (-6%) to Uzbekistan.
Last year, Azerbaijan exported apples to Cyprus (19.3 tons for $14,200) for the first time in the last 14 years (note: official statistics of foreign trade, open to the public, have been conducted since 2011).
