January 8, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, the turnover recorded in Azerbaijan with the help of new-generation cash registers totaled 28.162 billion manats (4.8% more than in 2024), ABC.AZ informs, refering to the State Tax Service.

To date, 110,518 new-generation cash registers have been installed in Azerbaijan.

"The use of the new-generation cash register has made it possible to ensure more transparent settlements, prevent illegal trafficking in goods and strengthen control over trade," the STS says.
